Full Terms & Conditions - Big Half

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

This promotion is only open to residents of the Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) who are shoppers of Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Ocado or WHSmith, 18+.


This promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé Waters UK Ltd ("the Promoter"), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.


Purchase of any 2 bottles of Buxton Water (1L or 750ml), or a 6 x 1.5ltr or 8 x 500ml pack of Buxton Water from one of the six retailers involved with the promotion necessary (retain receipt showing the relevant purchase(s) on one receipt).


Internet access and a mobile phone with camera access required to allow upload of unique receipt.


Maximum of 1 entry per person per day per retailer during the promotional period. Anyone entering, or to be found entering more than this restriction or using multiple handsets, multiple identities, computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the promotion.


Maximum of 1 x prize per person per prize type per retailer over the full promotional period.


All winners must have a valid GB address.


Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry /upload process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.


Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms & Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.


Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programmes, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person"s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.


Promotional Period

This promotion opens at 00:01 on 22.04.26 and closes at 23:59 on 31.05.26. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
Entries will only be received into the respective retailer draw with the correct information for each draw.


Entry will occur at the time the entry is submitted within the promotional period.


Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:


Purchase any 2 bottles of Buxton Water (1L or 750ml), or a 6 x 1.5ltr or 8 x 500ml pack of Buxton Water from Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Ocado or WHSmith.


Product subject to availability and whilst stocks last.


Scan the QR code on pack/POS to launch or visit the promotional website at https://www.sipstepandgo.com/ and follow the directions and instructions.


Participants should then register their full name, email address, county of residence on the website and upload a copy of the proof of purchase receipt.

The proof of purchase details uploaded must be unique, clearly indicate the product purchased, the specific retailer and be dated within the promotional period and prior to the date of entry.


Participants will receive an automatic notification, to confirm entry into the prize draw.


43 x winners will be drawn at random for each of the Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Ocado and WHSmith prize draws, via an independently verified computer process, from all valid entries received for each retailer draw during the promotional period at the end of the promotion. Only winners will be contacted after the prize draw to confirm the details of their prize win. The first winner drawn from each retailer draw (Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Ocado and WHSmith) will win the "race place prize", the next the Smartwatch with the remaining 41 winning the Branded Bottle Bags. Reserves will also be drawn for each of the categories.


47 x winners will be drawn at random for the Tesco prize draw, via an independently verified computer process, from all valid entries received for each retailer draw during the promotional period at the end of the promotion. Only winners will be contacted after the prize draw to confirm the details of their prize win. The first winner drawn from the Tesco prize draw will win the "race place prize", the next three the Smartwatches with the remaining 43 winning the Branded Bottle Bags. Reserves will also be drawn for each of the categories.


Proof of purchase details can only be used once. Entrants who do not give the correct information or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded proof of purchase / receipts that: Are out of focus/blurry; Do not have the correct product clearly visible; Show a purchase date outside of the promotional period; Show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area; or Are not unique to the individual.


Entrants should retain each proof of purchase and promotional product packaging as these may be needed for verification purposes.


Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of "script", "brute force", masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


Each promotional entry must be accompanied with a corresponding proof of purchase(s). Any attempts to enter the promotion more than the stated amount, without relevant genuine individual receipts, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.

Winner Selection & Notification

All valid entries received during the promotional period will be entered into the relevant retailer prize draw as detailed above.


For the Sainsburys, Morrisons, Co-op, Ocado and WHSmith draws, a total of 43 (1 + 1 + 41) winners with 2 reserves for each winner will be drawn via an independently audited and verified random prize draw selection computer process within 2 working days of the closing date.


For the Tesco draw, a total of 47 (1 + 3 + 43) winners with 2 reserves for each winner will be drawn via an independently audited and verified random prize draw selection computer process within 2 working days of the closing date.
Each winner will be notified via email within 2 working days of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claims process for the different prizes. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from first contact. The Promoter will request winners to provide the Promoter via a secure link, information including: their name, confirmation of their mobile number, proof of age (passport, driving license or equivalent), email address, their address and county of residence to assist with verification and fulfilment of their prize, to announce them as a winner (if no objections arise) and to arrange the relevant prize despatch.


Winners should retain any winning communication details until any prize has been verified.


The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners (3 attempts), however, if a winner has not responded to notifications within 14 days of initial contact attempt, or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their prize or is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize, re-allocate the prize and select the reserve next in line, as detailed as a reserve from the original prize draw. These reserves (2) will be contacted in the same process. If a winner has not responded to any communication and the prize has not been awarded and after reasonable attempts to contact them (2 reserves), then the prize has therefore not been successfully claimed, and will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.


Prize Fulfilment

Once the London "Big Half" winners have been verified, a member of the fulfilment team will be in touch to confirm and organise your place. Each winner will be notified via email within 2 working days of successful verification.


Once Smartwatch and Branded Bag winners have been verified, all prizes will be sent via courier. Please allow for 28 days for the prize to be delivered from valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that they provide valid GB address details for prize fulfilment.


It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.

General

The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter's decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters.
Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions.
Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted, or any loss arising out of such an event.


Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.


Inaccessibility or unavailability of mobile signal, the internet or any combination thereof. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the text system.


If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.


The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for receipt/proof of purchase, promotional pack home address and proof of identity details in the form of a copy of a current passport or drivers licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the entrant's date of birth (which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise, where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.


By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrant's name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.

We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestle Privacy Policy. At the point of personal data collection for verification, all winners will be given the option to opt-in to having their surname, county, and prize type used for marketing purposes. If any winner subsequently objects to their information being published or used for marketing purposes, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing consumer.services@UK.nestle.com with the subject line "Buxton Sip Step and Go Promotion". We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.


The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.


If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.


The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant's local courts.


Data Protection

The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. BUXTON SIP STEP AND GO CASHBACK


I. General
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.


The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation in the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.


1. These rules apply to the “BUXTON SIP STEP AND GO CASHBACK" Promotion (hereinafter, the "Promotion") of Nestlé UK (hereinafter, the "Promoter"), whose head office and offices are established in Nestlé UK Commercial Operations Ltd, Nestlé House, Haxby Road, York YO31 8TA. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding (a) the employees of the Promoter and their partners or members of their families domiciled under the same roof, as well as (b) any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this Promotion in any way.


2. By participating in this Promotion, participants accept these Promotion rules in their entirety.


3. The purpose of the Promotion is to promote products sold under the Buxton brand(s) (hereinafter, the "Brand" / "Brands").


4. The promotion offers 50p cashback on one (1) 1L bottle or 8x500ml multipack of Buxton Still Natural Mineral Water. The promotion is limited to 20,000 cashback offers in total, which will be awarded on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis.


5. The RRP of the Products are £2.50 and £1.70. If the Product is bought on offer and the purchase price paid falls below the cashback amount of 50p, the cashback amount will be reduced to reflect the purchase price paid.


6. The promotion will open at 00:01 on 22/04/2026, and end at 23:59 on 31/05/2026, OR when 20,000 unique, genuine, and valid claims have been received, whichever is sooner. In the event of the maximum number of claims being received before the closing date, participants will be immediately notified that the promotion has ended upon clicking on the promotional link. No one person may claim more than one cashback throughout the promotion.


7. Eligible product(s) are as follows:
a. Buxton Still Natural Mineral Water 8x500ml multipack
b. Buxton Still Natural Mineral Water 1L bottle


8. Only valid applications will be accepted. A valid application comprises of a completed, legible, on-line application form, including but not limited to:
• Applicant’s first & last name;
• A current and valid email address;
• Applicant’s Bank or PayPal details where the refund should be sent;
• Marketing opt-in - Yes or No – Tick Box
• An uploaded photo of a valid itemised till receipt as outlined above, showing a participating product purchased by no later than 31/05/2026.


The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts/proof of purchases that:
• Are out of focus/blurry;
• Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
• Are old, out of date or fall outside of the stated promotional period;
• That show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area;
• Are not unique to the individual.
• The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.


9. Participating products are subject to availability, while stocks last.


10. Cashback offer available for in-store purchases made up to the stated closing date. Purchases made online must be delivered by no later than 23:59 on 30/05/2026 to qualify.


11. Qualifying participants have until 23:59 on 31/05/2026 to request their cashback if the product has been purchased within the valid offer dates. All offers are provided by the Promoter and not the retailers from which the product is purchased.


12. The actual price of the products included in this promotion is at the sole discretion of the retailer, and subject to variation across retailers.


13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon and is subject to the Terms of Use.


14. This offer may be combined with in-store price promotions.


15. The Promotion is announced via the Buxton Sip Step and Go website.

II. Participation
16. Participation in the Promotion is (exclusively) open to UK residents aged 18 and over.


17. The following are excluded from participation: (a) the employees of the Promoter and their partners or members of their families domiciled under the same roof, as well as (b) any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this Promotion in any way.


18. Organised and/or collective participation in the Promotion will be considered as abuse and will result in the automatic exclusion from the Promotion.


19. Participation is personal and nominative; in no case may the participant participate on behalf of others.


20. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any participant who has provided invalid or false personal information.


21. Unfair practices such as, without limitation, scripts, software, robots or e-mail addresses, or any other process which makes it possible to automate participation without physical intervention, or, more generally, circumvention of these Promotion rules to participate in an unauthorised and / or fraudulent manner, are not allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant who violates this provision from participation in the Promotion and in future promotions by the Promoter.

III. Course of the Promotion and determination of the participant


22. To participate in the Promotion, the participant must, during the Promotion Period:
a) Click the link on the Buxton Sip Step and Go webpage.
b) Select WhatsApp or SMS to receive the claim link.
c) Buy one (1) 1L bottle or 8x500ml multipack of Buxton Still Natural Mineral Water product as listed in Clause 7 and keep a copy of the till receipt clearly showing their purchase made during the qualifying dates.
d) Fill in the necessary fields on the claim link including but not limited to first name, last name, valid email address, bank details (sort code + account number) or PayPal account and receipt upload, within seven (7) days of receiving the link.


2. Claim links are valid for seven (7) days from the date they are received in SMS/WhatsApp.


23. Maximum one entry per email address and mobile phone number permitted.


24. Payment account details can only be used once. Uploaded receipts must be unique and used once.

IV. Reimbursement
25. Participants will receive an email notifying them of a successful application.


26. Successful participants will receive their Refund within 28 days of an approved application.


27. The Refund will be distributed to the participant by reimbursement to their nominated bank account or PayPal account by our external partner Hashting UK Ltd.


28. In the absence of a reaction (within the deadlines), or in the event of any other infraction in any way whatsoever (for example, if it appears that the participant does not meet the conditions for participation), the Promoter reserves the right not to grant Refund.


29. Refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services. The Refund cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted to the original applicant.


V. Personal Data
30. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the applications where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted-in into our general marketing email, you may still receive emails for this promotion only regarding your refund. VI. Responsibility
32. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs or expenses (such as internet connection, travel) incurred as part of the Promotion. The full cost of participation in the Promotion is borne by the participant.


33. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the Promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
a) Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b) Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of data at any point in the operation of this Promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
