Start a run
You can run anywhere, at your pace. Start with a mindfulness check in before you run and see how you feel at the end of the run.

What to expect
Start with a check in
Exercise is proven to improve your mental health, check in before and after each run, and see how you feel.
Begin your run with the timer
With our Buxton timer, keep track of all of your effort - we’ll save your progress in your profile!
Run anywhere, for as long as you like
Hit your favourite track or trail, running with the timer in the background.
Stay hydrated!*
Don’t forget to stay hydrated* with a Buxton water while you run.
Finish with another check in
Make sure to log how you feel after each run. Some days you might feel different, and other days not as much - but each run still counts.
Win a place at the Big Half
Buy any 2 Buxton bottles (1L or 750ml or a 6 x 1.5ltr or 8 x 500ml) for the chance to win a place the Big Half. As well as the chance to win smartwatches and bottle holders

Breathing is really important
Breathe in through your nose & out through your mouth slowly. When you’re tired you automatically want to breathe hard but just try to calm down.

The benefit of ‘easy’ running is to feel good about yourself & get fit
I support my mental health by being able to go out for a run & just connect with people. Often for me I achieve great things when I’m running but it was a way of me being free and feeling good about myself.
